A 30-year-old man, identified as Kwabine Kwakwa, is alleged to have killed his in-law at Agona Bobikuma following a reported marriage dispute (cheating).
According to information gathered by Nana Ansah, the incident occurred after a misunderstanding linked to ongoing marital tensions between the suspect and his wife, Maa Abena.
Reports indicate that Maa Abena left their marital home three days earlier after a heated disagreement and sought refuge with her family.

Further accounts suggest that Kwabine Kwakwa later went to his wife’s family house, where he met her mother and uncle.
Later that evening, the uncle was found dead under circumstances believed to be connected to the suspect’s visit.
Additional reports allege that after the attack on the uncle, the suspect attempted to harm his mother-in-law but was reportedly chased away by dogs on the compound.
Confirming the incident, the Assemblyman for the Bobikuma Lower Electoral Area, Emmanuel Otoo, stated in an interview that the suspect is currently at large and that the case has been formally reported to the police.
He added that some youth in the area have begun searching for the suspect in an effort to prevent further harm.
Police have launched investigations and are actively pursuing the suspect, who is expected to be arrested and processed according to law.

Meanwhile, the incident has left residents of the area deeply shocked and concerned, as the suspect remains at large.
