Tragedy at Fiapre as 14-Year-Old Boy Drowns While Swimming

A tragic incident has been reported at Fiapre following the drowning of a 14-year-old boy, identified as Matthew Mahama, while swimming with friends.

According to eyewitness accounts, the incident occurred when the teenager and his peers went swimming in a nearby water body.

During the activity, Matthew reportedly encountered difficulties and failed to resurface, prompting an immediate search by community members.

The body was later retrieved through the intervention of the Ghana National Fire Service, who responded to the distress call.
