Hon. Stephen Amoah, the Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, made a striking announcement. The politician, also known as Sticka, declared he Amoah sues Aboagye family immediately. He launched the legal threat against the relatives of the late Samuel Aboagye. He spoke publicly during an interview on Accra-based Okay FM. Sticka forcefully denied claims that he fathered the late Mr. Aboagye’s daughter. He noted the public allegations severely damaged his reputation, earned over thirty years in politics. Therefore, he confirmed his decision to pursue legal action against the family members.

He stated he immediately handed the entire case over to his lawyers. The MP vowed to ensure that the people spreading false information face punishment. Moreover, he revealed a significant condition for stopping the lawsuit. Mr. Amoah affirmed that nothing would deter him from his plan. He insisted only the Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu II, could ask him to halt the proceedings. He made it clear he would not entertain pleas from any other person, including the President.
“Stephen has decided that he will hand everything over to my lawyers,” he stated firmly. “I will not listen to any pleas from anyone. I have been in politics for the past thirty years and everyone who knows me knows that I will not do this.” Furthermore, he confirmed he is not a “holy person.” However, he stressed the need to protect his rights from national disgrace.
He condemned the family’s actions. He suggested they aimed to seize properties from the deceased’s child. “What you are doing is very dangerous,” he warned, “because we can subject ourselves to a DNA test to check the veracity of what you are saying.” He confirmed he knew the lady involved seven years ago. Nevertheless, he stated he had not seen her since then. He only saw her again when her husband sadly died. He finished by challenging media personnel like Blakk Rasta to provide evidence of the family’s claims. The news that Amoah sues Aboagye family continues to dominate local reports.
