According to eyewitness accounts, a white private car heading towards Accra allegedly veered into the path of an oncoming long vehicle.

In an attempt to avoid a head-on collision, the truck reportedly lost control and crashed into a pickup vehicle believed to be a RAM.
The force of the impact caused the RAM to overturn multiple times before landing off-road in a nearby bush area.
Images and video footage from the scene show the severely damaged vehicles lying amidst dense vegetation, with emergency responders and bystanders rushing to assist the injured.
