Gbese District Court Orders Interior Ministry to Provide Further Details on Arrest Warrant for Abu Trica’s Alleged Accomplices

The Gbese District Court has issued a directive to the Ministry of the Interior, requesting the submission of additional documentation and clarification surrounding the arrest warrant issued for the alleged accomplices of embattled businessman Abu Trica.

In a court session held earlier this week, the presiding judge instructed that the Ministry must present the required information within a five-week period to facilitate further legal proceedings and ensure due process.

The decision forms part of the broader judicial steps being taken as part of the ongoing extradition and criminal investigations involving Abu Trica and his associates.

Abu Trica, who is facing charges related to financial crimes, is believed to have worked in collaboration with a network of individuals now under the radar of law enforcement.

Authorities are pursuing the matter in connection with suspected cases of wire fraud, money laundering, and other cross-border cybercrimes.

The court emphasized the importance of procedural transparency, stating that delays or lack of full disclosure could affect the course of justice.

Legal analysts suggest that this directive is a significant step in building a comprehensive case, particularly if extradition proceedings for accomplices are to follow.

So far, the Ministry has not issued a public response to the directive. Meanwhile, investigations remain ongoing as law enforcement agencies continue efforts to track down other suspects allegedly involved in the scheme.
