A Nigerian woman has sparked conversation online after revealing why she chose to enter the hookup industry full-time.
Speaking in a live interview with media personality Kaptain Jeff, she explained that her decision stemmed from repeated experiences seeking financial assistance from men.
According to her, whenever she approached men for genuine help—whether for emergencies or personal needs—many were willing to assist only if intimacy was involved.

Over time, she concluded that informal arrangements often came with unspoken expectations.
Rather than navigate what she described as manipulative situations, she decided to formalize the arrangement and operate on clear, agreed terms.
She stated that structuring such engagements as paid services gives her control, establishes boundaries, and ensures compensation for her time.
During the interview, she disclosed that she charges one million naira for a single engagement and has no interest in conventional employment that would pay a similar amount monthly.
