A delegate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Odododiodioo constituency has openly expressed dissatisfaction with the campaign strategy of Bryan Acheampong, warning that a possible electoral loss should be blamed on his campaign team rather than party delegates.
According to the delegate, the core concern is the alleged failure of Acheampong’s campaign machinery to release funds meant to support grassroots activities.
The delegate claimed that while other presidential aspirants within the party have made resources available to local structures, Acheampong’s team has not extended similar support.

The delegate stressed that campaign financing at the constituency level plays a critical role in mobilization, coordination, and effective outreach, particularly in competitive internal party elections. Without adequate logistical and financial backing, delegates argued, it becomes difficult to fully engage party members and sustain campaign momentum.
The comments reflect growing frustrations among some grassroots party members who believe unequal access to campaign resources could influence internal electoral outcomes.

While the allegations remain unverified by the Acheampong campaign team, the statement highlights the importance of transparency, timely support, and strong coordination between national campaign teams and local party operatives as the NPP’s internal contest intensifies.
