A Nigerian lady has shared an unusual and controversial dating experience that has sparked widespread reactions online, raising fresh conversations about entitlement, boundaries, and basic courtesy in modern relationships.
According to her account, the incident occurred after a dinner date that initially seemed normal.
When her date asked where they would go next, she made it clear that she was heading home alone.

While she was still eating, he called the waitress and asked her to pack the food—food that was clearly meant for her, as she was the only one eating.
Confused but cooperative, the waitress packed the meal. Moments later, the man reportedly grabbed the takeaway bag from the waitress without explanation and left the restaurant, abandoning his date at the table.
Rather than reacting with anger, the woman said she found the situation more amusing than upsetting, describing the behavior as shockingly petty.
She noted that he did not offer to drop her home or check on her safety before leaving.
