A small-scale miner has reportedly been trapped underground after a mining pit collapsed while he was working at the site.
The incident, captured in a viral video circulating on social media, shows the man partially buried in debris, visibly distressed and calling out for assistance from nearby workers.
According to reports accompanying the footage, the miner was operating in the pit when the walls suddenly gave way, causing a cave-in that left him stuck between layers of soil and rock.
