A tragic road accident over the weekend on the Kumasi–Buokrom Airport Road has claimed the lives of all occupants of a commercial tricycle, plunging families and the wider community into mourning.
According to preliminary information, the incident occurred when a long vehicle, believed to be a heavy-duty truck, ran over the tricycle under circumstances that are yet to be fully established.
The impact was severe, leaving the tricycle completely mangled and offering its passengers no chance of survival.
All those on board were pronounced dead at the scene.
