The children of Mrs. Akosua Serwah Fosuh and the late Mr. Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, have issued a formal statement addressing what they describe as misleading and distressing narratives circulating on social media.

In the statement released in Accra on January 20, 2026, the family strongly denied claims suggesting conflict between them and their mother, as well as allegations that there are plans to “arrest” her for speaking or acting on their behalf.

According to the family, such reports are entirely false, malicious, and without any factual basis.

The children further expressed concern over unfounded accusations directed at individuals, including a person identified as Kenpong, who has been portrayed online as having ulterior motives for offering support to their mother and family.

They described these insinuations as reckless, misleading, and deeply unfair, stressing that acts of support during a difficult period should not be twisted into conspiracy narratives.

Reaffirming their bond, the family stated unequivocally that their relationship with their mother remains strong, loving, and respectful.

They emphasized that they maintain regular communication with her and are united by trust, affection, and mutual respect.
