Ghana Will Not Only Be the Country of Football but Champions – Queiroz Says
The new Black Stars Coach, Queiroz from Portugal has raised the bar of the Ghana National Team labeling the team as champions in the coming 2026 World Cup.
Coach Queiroz in his first press conference in Accra after being appointed by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) informed the public that the difficult task ahead of him is to perform in the World Cup.

According to him, Ghana is in Group L and is to face Croatia, England, and Panama citing that it is his aim to help the team qualify to the next stage of the competition.
He added that, beyond the field, he is on the verge of shaping a stronger identity for the national team, “Ghana will not only be a football country but a country of champions”, he added.
The statement reflects clear evidence of building a strong team not just for the world but beyond it for the future.
According to Queiroz, success is measured by the results of the team as he promised to do so while we compete.
