‘6-Hour Dumsor Timetable Leaks’- Energy Ministry Reacts to viral post.
The Ministry of Energy and Green Transition has reacted to the viral purported of ‘6-Hour Dumsor Timetable Leaks’ which has taken trend on social media.
The post shared depicts six hours of power stability across regions such as the Greater Accra, Volta Region, Ashanti Region, and parts of Tema and its enclave, which were recently affected by power outages in the country linked to the fire outbreak at Akosombo Dam.
The Ministry has denied the claim of the viral post shared by ‘The News Centa’ circulating online and calls it a false publication which took trend over the weekend and ran through to this week.
The post shows that the affected areas are divided into three groups that is A, B, and C. It further explained that each group is scheduled to experience at most six hours of power stability within 24 hours.
