Minority Warns Mahama Over Recurrence of ‘Dumsor’ Demands for an immediate solution.
The Minority in Parliament has sent a warning to the President over the impact of the power outages occurring in the country.
According to Hon. Collins Adomako-Mensah, the Member of Parliament for Kwabre South and the Deputy Ranking Member of the Energy Committee addressing the media recounted the impact of the power crisis on the livelihood and enterprises in the country.

The Minority stated that, every power cut has a direct influence on factories producing goods, and hospital wards operating on oxygen to patients, students learning, and small businesses could shut down because of the power cut.

The Minority further reflected on the power crisis during the first Mahama administration calling it a severe human crisis and economic hardship.
Also, Honorable Collins called out the Institute of Statistical, Social, and Economic Research on a research of the country losing at least six hundred and eighteen million dollars ($618million) due to the power cut.
Honourable added that, the government is not putting in measures to solve the power crisis happening in the country calls the president not to revisit the loss in his first administration.
