ECG Restores Power in Kumasi After Substation Was Taken Over by Python in Ahodwo.
ECG, the Electricity Company of Ghana has confirmed a complete restoration of power in the Ashanti Region following a takeover by a python.
This follows the country’s disruption of power across the country especially in Kumasi where the situation has become worrying to many businessmen and women.

According to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), its engineers in the Ashanti Region have restored power to parts of Kumasi despite an unusual obstruction involving pythons at one of its substations in Ahodwo.
It was reported in many news reports that Python has taken over a substation leading to the power outages in some parts of the Ashanti Region.
A viral video showing a python moving through the station was seen by engineers and this frightened most of them to work on the faulty cables within it.
In another video, the engineers caught the python showing that the station is free and that they can work on the tables to stop the outages.
