The United States has yet to issue a passport with Donald Trump’s picture to commemorate the Americans’ 250th anniversary.
According to the official, the passport is automatically renewed for an American citizen living in Washington who will renew their passport within the period.
“Online options or other locations will maintain the existing passport design,” the official said.
The State Department states that the inclusion of Trump’s picture on the passport has great significance as the country marks its 250th anniversary of Independence.

Citing that the American passport is internationally recognised and has its validity for ten years.
“As the United States celebrates America’s 250th anniversary in July, the State Department is preparing to release a limited number of specially designed U.S. Passports to commemorate this historic occasion,” State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott said.
The passport will feature Trump’s face and signature in gold art inside the passport.
It will feature Trump’s image and the “Declaration of Independence” inside the cover.
According to the statement, the American government is releasing the new passport this summer but the criteria to issue it have not been announced.
This is to honour President Donald Trump for defending the American land, they added.
