Chaos Breaks Out at Wasa Amenfi Palace over Alleged Assault on Royals
Chaos has erupted at the Omanhene of Wasa Amenfi’s palace after royals were allegedly assaulted while the Omanhene at the traditional area was solving an issue within the family.
According to the report, the family head (Abusuapanin) of Wassa Moseaso and some other members of the royal family were attacked while the case resolution was ongoing.
The meeting came to a halt due to a misunderstanding which escalated to physical confrontation leading to assault on the family head and other family members.
The members gathered to witness the case resolution were left stunned after the assault and raised concerns about the traditional setup and how they solve cases.
Some of the royal family members who are victims of the incident have expressed disappointment as they call for peace to be restored in the family and the community at large.
Other relevant authorities have called on traditional leaders to investigate the case thoroughly and allow peace to prevail in the traditional area.
