The Member of Parliament for Ofoase Ayirebi and former Information Minister, Honorable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has alleged that the Government’s 24-Hour economy Authority Bill is a scam.
Honorable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah said the government’s aim of advancing the idea of a 24-hour economy was politically motivated and lacked grounds.

But such was never true he alleges saying the government presented a 24-hour Economy authority bill before the parliament.
He stated that, the government’s authority bill was passed but it was ‘propaganda’ to let Ghanaians believe there is a law that backs the introduction of a 24-hour economy as he describes the bill as a scam.
“The government’s 24-hour economy bill is a scam”, he said on United Television (UTV).
