The application filed by the legal team has no exceptional evidence as it was rejected by the court clearing a way for the court proceedings to continue.
It implies that the application failed in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
The legal team of the Chairman is looking forward to filing for another application at the Supreme Court or returning to the High Court, depending on the strategy of the team.
